During our family vacation at Raffaello Residence, we were impressed by the inclusive check-in process where all family members, including our children, were required to present government-issued IDs, ensuring everyone's safety. The indoor and outdoor tennis courts were a hit with our active kids, providing endless hours of fun and exercise for the whole family. We especially enjoyed the billiards game, a great way to bond and unwind after a day of exploring.The historic Palazzo setting offered a charming backdrop for our stay, with high ceilings and elegant furnishings that made us feel right at home. The warm hospitality of the hosts, akin to my New York roots, created a welcoming atmosphere that we truly appreciated. Although we visited in winter, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even anticipating our heating needs - a thoughtful touch that did not go unnoticed.Raffaello Residence provided a family-friendly experience that we would gladly revisit, particularly in the summer to take full advantage of the inviting pool and terrace.
